About Me

It’s so nice to meet you. I’m Hanna Burge—a mental health therapist, author, and content creator in Arkansas—dedicated to helping people heal, grow, and reconnect with their true selves. I support adult women navigating anxiety, trauma, self-esteem challenges, relationships, and life transitions. My work centers around helping others build a more secure, compassionate relationship with themselves to better navigate anxiety, trauma, and the challenges life brings.

I’m especially passionate about the connection between therapy and neuroscience—how the brain can adapt and heal. I bring this lens into my trauma-informed work by focusing on resilience, neuroplasticity, and the mind-body connection. My approach blends evidence-based practices with creativity, warmth, and real-life relatability.

Through this newsletter, I share practical, down-to-earth tools to help you better understand yourself and move through life with more self-kindness, curiosity, and presence.

Outside of work, I’m usually out hiking or walking—reconnecting with what matters most. Nature helps me feel grounded, and I believe it brings us back to ourselves. I also love deep conversations, writing reflections, and finding meaning in the everyday.
